Follow Friday and Book Blogger Hop 26/08/2011

Follow my Friday is a blog hop hosted by Parajunkee's View and Alison Can Read.
This week's question is:
In some books like the Sookie Stackhouse series the paranormal creature in question "comes out of the closet" and makes itself known to the world. Which mythical creature do you wish this would happen with in real life?
Once again a great question. And one who isn't answered easily especially if you are still in bed with a raging headache.
I definitely don't want ghosts to appear. That's just scary and I would never sleep a whole night through again. Actually now that I think about it most of this literary paranormal creatures are quite frightening in real life. I think I go for something beautiful and less lethal. I want unicorns to be part of our world. Good answer? Who do you want to out themself?

Book Blogger Hop
The Book Blogger Hop is hosted by Jennifer @ Crazy for Books.
This week's question is:
“Non-book-related this week!! Do you have pets?”

We do have three chickens. Do they count as pets?

I agree with you on the ghost part. *shudders* And unicorns well... as long as they're not like the ones from Rampant (Killer Unicorns 1) lol

Ugh, I'm definitely with you on not wanting ghosts to exist. I love a good ghost story, but only because I know it's not likely to happen!

Well, ghosts - yeah, I don't think I'd want them to exist either! :D A lot of paranormal creatures are evil and there is a lot of danger in this world already... :D But if they're nice, it's okay.

Happy Friday!

Our chickens are rescued battery hens. They lay a lot of eggs. Quite useful and soooo tasty. You wouldn't believe it.

Good answer..I only want the unicorns if they are nice and cute though..lol. I have seen some books where they are not so cute. :(

Oh my gosh, I picked unicorns too! I just hope that if they did decide to come out of the closet, that they wouldn't be hunted into extinction in like three seconds flat.. because that would stink.

Also, chickens are pretty cool! My math tutor has chickens named after the kids he tutored so there was a Nora the Chicken for a while before she has an unfortunate accident with a fox.

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Have a great week!
